What you will do

• Lead the Global Post Market Surveillance function, establishing strategies and goals aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the intake, triage, investigation, and closure of product complaints and adverse event reporting.
• Direct complex complaint investigations and lead the Post Market Risk Management Board (RMB).
• Ensure compliance with global vigilance and reporting requirements, overseeing submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing to implement corrective actions.
• Drive the use of metrics, trend analysis, and dashboards to enhance visibility into product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12-15 years of related experience.
• Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Strong knowledge of global post-market surveillance, complaint handling, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical background.
• Experience driving operational excellence and process improvement.
