What you will do

• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across hirify.global and CCC products.
• Modernize complex legacy platforms while contributing to new product development.
• Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development and prototyping.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable applications.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end feature delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, plus TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and relational databases.
• Must be based in the U.S. (Sponsorship available for visa transfers).
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET.
• Background in AI-powered applications or insurance/claims SaaS.
