• 4+ years of experience implementing Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions
• Strong knowledge of Certinia PSA
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Experience in business process analysis and solution design
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

🌟 Nice-to-haves
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications
• Experience working with global enterprise clients
