Oracle Senior Associate (ERP)

TL;DR

Oracle Senior Associate (ERP): Performing advisory and implementation services for the Oracle Practice to address business needs throughout client organizations with an accent on full life cycle implementations. Focus on documenting business requirements, configuring applications, and ensuring user adoption through training and post-production support.

Location: Hybrid (US). Must be based in the US and able to attend in-person at least three days per week at a GT office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals for clients.
• Configure Oracle ERP applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and conduct classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to define future state processes based on business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Experience with full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC), key metrics, and reports.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to various client sites on short notice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
