What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the AI platform, establishing standards for scalability and security.
• Design and operate AI systems using LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-agent execution runtimes.
• Implement governance, auditability, and traceability frameworks to ensure AI compliance and explainability.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging AI technologies to inform platform strategy.
• Drive reliability, observability, and monitoring practices across production AI environments.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across Product, QA, and Security teams to deliver business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated impact.
• 2+ years of experience building and operating production AI systems.
• Proven experience designing distributed, SaaS, cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms at scale.
• Extensive experience building and operating production systems on AWS.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).

Nice to have

• Experience operating systems in regulated or compliance-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with accounting, auditing, or financial workflows.
