Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (3 days in office baseline)

What you will do

• Support carbon footprint measurement and activities related to maintaining SBTi certification.
• Manage end-to-end DEI internal campaigns, from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis.
• Design and deliver the global People Connection calendar and coordinate local event logistics.
• Independently own the milestone gifts program for new joiners and long-service anniversaries.
• Plan and execute wellness events and health initiatives, including administration of the Plumm wellbeing tool.
• Benchmark the external DE&I landscape using AI tools to provide creative recommendations for future partnerships.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Sustainability, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with data trends.
• Genuine interest and habit of using AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
