Graphic & Multimedia Designer (Pool)

What you will do

• Develop breakthrough creative concepts and visual narratives aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
• Lead the visual development of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, web, video, events, retail, and email.
• Establish visual direction for photoshoots, video productions, motion graphics, and digital experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity, creating design systems and templates in Figma, Adobe CC, and Canva.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance to freelancers and agency partners.
• Present creative rationales and concepts to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or Fine Arts.
• 5+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or brand marketing environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, branding, and integrated campaign thinking.
• Deep understanding of typography and visual communication across various media platforms.
• Must have an Online Portfolio to be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with UX/UI design.
