What you will do

• Design one-pagers, spec sheets, case studies, sales enablement materials, whitepapers, reports, and printed handouts.
• Build and refine slide decks for sales, executive presentations, and conference keynotes.
• Create accurate, on-brand charts, data visualizations, social graphics, email templates, web assets, banners, and paid advertising creative.
• Design trade show materials including booth panels, banners, signage, and handouts, and prepare production-ready print files.
• Set visual direction for campaigns and launches while executing the work hands-on from brief to final delivery.
• Own and evolve the design system, maintain reusable templates, organize assets, and coordinate with external design partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience or equivalent demonstrated ability; portfolio quality is weighted heavily.
• Senior individual-contributor approach with strong hands-on craft, ownership, and independent judgment.
• Working command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ability to design and edit slide decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong typography, alignment, hierarchy, consistency, and rapid iteration skills.
• Experience building or maintaining a brand system used by others.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with print production, including bleeds, color profiles, and large-format specifications.
• Motion or animated social asset experience using After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience designing for technical, industrial, or B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing platform.
• Exposure to manufacturing, robotics, or engineering environments.
