What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customers via chat and email.
• Triage and analyze complex service issues to determine impact and resolution paths.
• Maintain deep product expertise to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
• Escalate critical issues to internal teams while managing operational expectations.
• Identify recurring support trends to contribute to long-term product improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or similar engineering role.
• Proficiency in navigating Linux and Windows shells.
• Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Intercom.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS products, IT security, and data platforms.
