Location: Must be based in Berlin (On-site, 5 days/week)

What you will do

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights to help shape new features.
• Collaborate with Co-Founders and the Head of Account Management on trade shows, product testing, and benchmarking.
• Assist in drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real-world use cases.
• Configure customer accounts and provide technical support via chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Join customer calls to provide product expertise and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain customer records and track key engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Italian (C2 level required).
• Currently enrolled in a top engineering or business school or taking a gap year.
• Must be available for a full-time, 5-month internship in Berlin.
• Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in sales, customer success, and renewable energy.
