What you will do

• Apply frontier models and existing AI agents across the stack to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code for React Native mobile apps, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
• Architect core systems, including real-time matching and autonomous worker-vetting pipelines.
• Partner with design to ship intuitive, polished UIs for workers and business operations.
• Collaborate with the CTO on product roadmap decisions and foundational tech platform development.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, NY
• Recent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience or strong drive to learn integrating LLMs or agents into real products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and initiate action in an early-stage startup environment.
