What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with content creators across the Nordic region.
• Manage day-to-day communication and represent hirify.global projects to creator partners.
• Identify and engage new creators across streaming, video, and social media platforms.
• Support the growth of the hirify.global Creators Program through onboarding and campaign participation.
• Coordinate creator activations for game launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and share market insights and trends with stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for collaboration and communication.
• Must be based in Denmark to fulfill the role requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic gaming, entertainment, and creator landscape.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured manner.
• Experience in negotiation and building trusted relationships with agencies and creators.
• Enthusiasm for gaming culture and digital content platforms.
