What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain stakeholders across planning, logistics, and operations.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for IT delivery teams.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP and supply chain management systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead workstreams within supply chain IT projects, managing UAT, test plans, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops to drive solution design and support business change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve supply chain efficiency, visibility, and resilience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a supply chain or manufacturing IT environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills using formal BA methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience delivering UAT, managing test scripts, and coordinating defect resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical developers.
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, PP, or WM/EWM).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio, Signavio, or ARIS.
• Experience in paper, packaging, or broader manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Exposure to supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
