What you will do

• Lead and coach a global team of Supplier Quality Development Engineers.
• Select, qualify, and onboard new manufacturing partners according to company standards.
• Drive supplier performance through quality targets and proactive problem-solving.
• Identify and deploy manufacturing best practices to ensure consistency.
• Design scalable processes for managing supplier relationships and performance.
• Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and support quality management system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality management or supplier quality development.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to supplier management.
• Experience in quality control and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience in CNC Machining in a production or quality role.
• Flexibility to travel within the EU and overseas (20-30% of the time).

Nice to have

• Experience in additive manufacturing or injection moulding.
