What you will do

• Investigate, control, and improve defectivity levels within the ICN8 manufacturing fab.
• Lead problem-solving teams to address incidents and reduce defect rates.
• Optimize defect inspection strategies and implement best-known methods for tool sets.
• Monitor process quality and handle defectivity out-of-spec events.
• Collaborate with equipment and process engineers to implement effective off-line monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance and support to fab teams regarding defectivity issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Science, Physics, Electronics, or a relevant technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch is required.
• Proven leadership experience in project and improvement teams.
• Strong knowledge of complex production processes and statistical process control.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to management.

Nice to have

• Experience with FMEA and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
