Principal Fullstack Engineer (.NET)

TL;DR

Principal Fullstack Engineer (.NET): Building and optimizing secure, high-performance SaaS applications with an accent on compliance remediation and security-related architecture. Location: Remote-first with an optional office in Florianópolis, Brazil.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding compliance and security-related issues identified through AI-driven analysis.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions across the application stack.
• Perform hands-on development and implementation of solutions to address identified issues.
• Troubleshoot complex application, performance, compliance, and security challenges.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding agents to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• English proficiency for clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting CVEs, SAST scans, and other security audits.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL.
• Experience building applications for large enterprise customers.
