What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Design APIs and build complex system integrations.
• Drive engineering initiatives from initial concept to finished product.
• Contribute to high-level architectural decisions.
• Lead and mentor technical teams of 15+ people.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams of 15+ people.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET with a focus on backend and databases.
• Experience building high-load applications and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Upper Intermediate English level required.

Nice to have

• DevOps practices, CI/CD, and AWS experience.
• Experience in data-intensive architectures, ETL, and data pipelines.
