Lead Full-Stack .NET Engineer

Location: Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or Brazil

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software.
• Design REST APIs and build product integrations.
• Drive engineering work from concept through finished product.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Lead and support technical teams of 15 or more people.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET 10, backend development, and databases.
• Experience building high-load applications and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Experience with automated testing, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Upper-intermediate English level required.

Nice to have

• DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with data-intensive architectures, ETL, and data pipelines.
