What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end frontend and backend services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure long-term system stability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Utilize GCP services like Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Firestore for cloud-native development.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in São Paulo.
• Proficiency in fullstack development using Python and React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools like NewRelic.
• Experience with gRPC, Redis, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
