What you will do

• Design and develop full-stack features for internal platforms supporting finance and compliance workflows.
• Build scalable backend services and integrations using modern API architectures and webhooks.
• Develop dashboards and internal tools to surface operational and business metrics in real time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to platform architecture and data modeling for complex transaction workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in technical scalability discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Strong frontend experience with React or Vue.
• Solid working knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI agentic tools for architectural and coding tasks.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Svelte or Cloudflare Workers.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n or Make.
• Background in financial systems or the real estate/brokerage industry.
• Experience with observability tools like BetterStack or PostHog.
