AI Voice Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX). Role is remote with travel as needed.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI agent experience for strategic Early Access Program customers.
• Configure and tune AI agents by selecting voices, refining personas, and optimizing prompts.
• Improve agent fluency through pronunciation tuning, text normalization, and domain-specific language optimization.
• Analyze live conversations to identify improvement opportunities and iterate agent behavior.
• Drive deployments to meet quality standards including consistency, fluency, latency, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface platform-wide improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Experience leading customer-facing implementations or solution delivery for complex technical products.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent behavior.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting natural AI personalities.
• Strong customer consulting and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, or natural language processing.
• Experience supporting customers in regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or legal.
