What you will do

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central and Compensation.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional system configurations.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day operations and system enhancements.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing with stakeholders.
• Support additional HRIS-related initiatives such as Workforce Management.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or operation.
• Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Fluent English required for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role.
• Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT).
• Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee).
• Basic understanding of integrations and data flows.
