What you will do

• Manage execution timelines for assigned accounts from design handoff to customer acceptance.
• Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans and coordinate dependencies across engineering, operations, and sales.
• Support rapid design iteration cycles while maintaining schedule control.
• Serve as the primary execution point of contact for milestone communications and status reporting.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and accountability to prevent project blockers.
• Proactively identify execution risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5–7 years of project management or program coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 20–40% travel required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and commissioning processes.
• Experience working with ODMs or contract manufacturers.
• PMP or similar certification.
