TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Rust): Developing scalable backend solutions for distributed IoT and industrial systems with an accent on microservices architecture, high-performance data processing, and reliable communication. Location: Remote or hybrid from Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Kraków.
Salary: 1200–1320 PLN/day (B2B net + VAT).

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Rust.
- Build and evolve microservice-based architectures for distributed systems.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and manage data access with Redis.
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability of existing solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Commercial experience with Rust.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous communication.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in IoT, industrial systems, or edge computing.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
