Salary: $29.00–$36.00 per hour plus bonus

What you will do
- Conduct regular alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and required group sessions.
- Perform intake/readmission services and provide supportive follow-up counseling.
- Collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information; develop and revise treatment plans and maintain comprehensive records.
- Make appropriate referrals and complete necessary follow-ups; coordinate care with community providers as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and inter-agency documentation; assist with OBOT services and report work-related issues.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and accrediting agency standards; participate in required training and conferences.
Requirements
- Active LADC, ADC, or ADC-T license in the state of MN.
- Ability to make decisions and use proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Ability to handle patients and team members appropriately in stressful situations and seek direction when necessary.
- Ability to react quickly and make effective decisions.
- Knowledge of substance abuse populations and treatment planning, including human social services to support rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for certification, licensure, and degree under federal and state regulations.
