Senior/Lead .NET Developer (AI): Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of a biotechnology platform that validates workflows and generates real-time guidance for operators with an accent on AI-enabled workflow validation and system correctness. Focus on driving technical vision, coordinating engineering delivery, and making architecture and implementation trade-offs while collaborating with Business Analysts.

What you will do
- Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of the system.
- Drive the technical vision and define implementation approaches for new workflow validation capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team, including planning sessions and delivery milestone tracking.
- Own technical decisions, create technical specifications and architecture documentation, and run architecture and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into implementable solutions and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
- Support feature discovery and deliver effectively as requirements evolve.
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial .NET development experience.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience designing software architecture, making technical trade-offs, and applying design/architectural patterns.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers and taking ownership of technical direction and solution design.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

- Experience with Python, computer vision, machine learning, and AI-related technologies.
