Senior/Lead .NET Developer (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of an advanced biotechnology platform.
• Define the technical vision, implementation approaches, and strategy for new capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team while conducting technical and architecture reviews.
• Plan delivery milestones, create technical specifications and architecture documentation, and define implementation plans.
• Translate business requirements into implementable solutions with Business Analysts.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies while supporting feature discovery in evolving requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET and C#; 8+ years for the Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, design patterns, Clean Code, SOLID, and Dependency Injection.
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming, TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership experience, stakeholder management, technical decision-making, mentoring, and collaboration with customer architects and engineering leaders for the Lead level.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English required.
• Experience implementing AI SDLC practices and understanding AI Native development approaches for the Lead level.

Nice to have

• Functional, reactive, or live unit testing experience.
• Akka.NET, Actor Model frameworks, OPC-UA, or DSL / Fluent Test DSL experience.
• Advanced architectural refactoring experience.
• Angular, React, Vue.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
