Senior .NET Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role with onsite attendance three days per week at the Kraków or Warsaw office, Poland

Builds a next-generation platform with scalable core architecture and infrastructure for operation across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable microservices from the ground up.
• Implement solutions based on architectural and product design documents.
• Reverse-engineer business logic modules and modernize legacy .NET components.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and participate in TDD practices.
• Review code, establish engineering guidelines, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Build and maintain AI tooling, including reusable skills, custom agents, MCP servers, hooks, and repository instruction files.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience with .NET and .NET Core.
• Experience building large-scale web-based systems and applying microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of relational databases.
• Daily experience using agentic coding tools for production work, including delegating multi-step tasks and critically reviewing output.
• Experience creating reusable agent tooling or equivalent workflows, with the ability to scope tasks and identify incorrect AI output.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with TDD and automated testing approaches.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, Kafka, and publish/subscribe patterns.
