What you will do

• Own the GTM strategy for global transfers, including positioning, messaging, and launch sequencing.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the needs and anxieties of money senders to influence product development.
• Develop lifecycle and performance marketing strategies to drive first-time and repeat transfers.
• Manage the marketing budget across various channels and incentives to ensure ROI.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide actionable insights to the product team.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to ship high-impact work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth, owning outcomes.
• Proven track record of launching products into established categories with a non-price-based angle.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts (FX, fees, settlement) into trustworthy messaging.
• Strong data literacy for market sizing and cohort analysis.
• Deep familiarity with the UAE market and its resident communities.
• Exceptional writing skills for creating compelling arguments and narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, specifically in payments or regulated financial services.
