What you will do

• Collaborate with channel managers, product, and marketing teams to develop functional specifications and product backlogs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets for digital channel enhancements.
• Prepare and execute UAT test cases to ensure seamless implementation of new requirements.
• Manage and implement promotions for digital channel acquisition and migration.
• Track registration and usage metrics, preparing performance reports against KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Channel management within a bank.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant specialization.
• Knowledge of Web Channels and Mobile Technologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and time management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
