What you will do

• Develop and perform functional, user acceptance, integration, and end-to-end testing for customer software.
• Create automated test harnesses, tool chains, and scripts for unit, component, and system testing.
• Coordinate and document test verification and validation with Mission Partners prior to deployment.
• Design comprehensive test plans including performance, security, and exploration testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Poly clearance is required
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Appium.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL, database operations, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB (CTFL/Advanced), CSTE, CSQE, or Certified Agile/Selenium Tester.
