What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet organizational standards.
• Write test scripts and identify data for complex test scenarios using C#, Java, or Python.
• Perform and lead software and IT system tests to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
• Document test results and collaborate with Test Managers and Development Leads to resolve open issues.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting to track problem resolution progress.
• Mentor and guide junior testers while improving current testing procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .Net, Java, or Python (this is not a pure SQA role).
• Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange X.12 (EDI) Medical Claims.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Advanced certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA.
