Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and implement the strategic QA roadmap and standards for test execution across the service stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to align feature acceptance criteria and guide SDET and QA resources.
• Review and approve testing patterns for automation flows and manage gating and CI/CD procedures.
• Oversee and manage teams of QA and SDET engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable testing frameworks.
• Facilitate agile processes with team leads and scrum masters to define testing and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for digital platforms.
• 6+ years of experience leading enterprise QA and SDET teams.
• Proven track record in software testing, automation, and CI/CD processes.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Mastery of the software development lifecycle in cloud environments.
• Ability to attend in-person interviews at one of the company's locations.
