What you will do

• Archive and log footage for hirify.global Sports News and oversee digitisation projects from ingest to final QC.
• Provide first-line MAM support to over 3,000 users and handle general MAM administration.
• Review incoming feeds and logs to ensure accurate metadata is archived on the MAM.
• Fulfill footage requests for News, Sports, and Creative Marketing teams across the business.
• Coordinate and upload content for the Getty clip sales platform.
• Troubleshoot EDLs and manage database entry creation and ID rectification.

Requirements

• Appropriate right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Expert knowledge of current and historic sports, specifically Football, Cricket, F1, and Golf.
• Proven experience using MIC Viz One, Cloud UX, and Ardome systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to balance high-volume daily workloads.
• Ability to work a 7-day fortnight shift pattern (12-hour shifts including weekends).
