What you will do

• Lead product customization for B2B clients to ensure tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize workflows in collaboration with BD and AM teams.
• Analyze customer requirements to define product roadmaps and feature development.
• Execute product strategies by collaborating with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain B2B competitiveness.
• Define and track key product KPIs to ensure continuous data-driven improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B solutions.
• Must have experience in the crypto industry, preferably with B2B or enterprise-level products.
• Strong understanding of white-label solutions and licensed entity customization.
• Experience working with BD/AM teams to develop SOPs and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
