What you will do

• Optimize middle-of-funnel conversion rates by creating segment-specific assets for tech founders.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement collateral including battle cards, pitch decks, and objection-handling scripts.
• Drive product adoption and feature stickiness through targeted onboarding and upsell campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify localized structural hurdles across core markets.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to orchestrate product-led CRM nurture sequences.
• Expand market footprint by embedding the brand into venture hubs, incubators, and startup ecosystems.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Execution within B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven track record of developing high-impact sales enablement tools and automated email sequences.
• Hands-on mastery of modern growth stacks, digital analytics, and CRM infrastructure like HubSpot or Salesforce.
