What you will do
- Lead five operational units with a combined headcount of approximately 40 people.
- Take accountability for operational KPIs, service quality, and overall team efficiency.
- Plan workload across functions and assess the impact of new business initiatives on resources.
- Manage operational expenses and evaluate resource utilization effectiveness.
- Report directly to the CEO and influence business development strategies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
- Experience in a tech business with a complex operating model such as fintech, marketplace, iGaming, logistics, or travel tech.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision making.
- Degree from a top university, preferably in STEM or economics.
