What you will do

• Lead five operational units with a combined headcount of approximately 40 people.
• Take accountability for operational KPIs, service quality, and overall team efficiency.
• Plan workload across functions and assess the impact of new business initiatives on resources.
• Manage operational expenses and evaluate resource utilization effectiveness.
• Report directly to the CEO and influence business development strategies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Experience in a tech business with a complex operating model such as fintech, marketplace, iGaming, logistics, or travel tech.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision making.
• Degree from a top university, preferably in STEM or economics.
