Chief Operating Officer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Ensure the smooth operation of product processes across the business.
• Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement the operational strategy.
• Coordinate multiple teams, set goals and KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Use data and market trends to guide decisions and adapt operational strategies.
• Manage operational risks, partner relationships, and company representation at conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the gambling industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a Head of Operations, Head of Casino, Head of Sportsbook, Head of Regions, or in a similar gambling leadership role.
• Hands-on experience across multiple areas of gambling operations and a deep understanding of gambling products, processes, and user preferences.
• Experience launching products in new markets and achieving KPIs.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, promotional tools, affiliate programs, and affiliate relationships.
• English at Intermediate level or higher (B2+), with strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, time-management, and critical-thinking skills.
