What you will do

• Develop and ship People applications for workforce planning, performance, and org design.
• Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns.
• Build and iterate internal tools using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Notion, and Google Cloud Apps.
• Manage the People Products Roadmap and prioritize features using a build-vs-buy framework.
• Maintain integrations across the tech stack (HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, Postgres) via n8n.
• Lead change management, creating documentation and training sessions for new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management with a track record of shipping internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Notion, AppSheet).
• Product mindset with experience in roadmap management and ruthless prioritization.
• Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, workforce planning, or organizational design.
