What you will do

• Own senior client relationships as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative portfolios across digital, social, print, and event channels.
• Manage account-level budgets, including forecasting, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
• Oversee compliance, brand, and legal sign-off processes to ensure clear audit trails.
• Integrate AI tools into project management and account workflows to improve efficiency and brief analysis.
• Chair status meetings and strategic planning sessions to position the studio as a high-value partner.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Senior account management experience within a creative agency or in-house studio.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-channel creative portfolios and tight deadlines.
• Experience with SLA frameworks, compliance workflows, and financial reporting.
