What you will do

• Operate 3-axis CNC routers (AXYZ and Tekcel) to meet production targets.
• Set up and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and amend machine programs using VCarve CAM software.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure dimensions and finishes meet drawing specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including board management and lubrication.
• Maintain 6S standards for the machine and surrounding workspace.

Requirements

• Previous CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with AXYZ or Tekcel CNC routers.
• Proficiency in VCarve CAM software.
• Experience with Automatic Letter Bender (ALB) or FLOW Waterjet machinery.
