• Manage all Accessory Knitting areas to meet production output, efficiency, and cost targets.

• Collaborate with the Production Director and Planning Team to monitor workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
• Implement training programs to build a multi-skilled workforce across various machine types.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying waste reduction opportunities and optimizing working methods.
• Maintain high standards of quality, attendance, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience supervising or managing a knitting team or working in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Extensive technical knitting experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to use production data for decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
