Salary: £72,900 - £98,700 + equity and incentive awards

What you will do

• Translate operational challenges into product experiences by collaborating with PMs, engineers, and designers.
• Shape the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, pain points, and ideas.
• Partner with customer service teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and empathetic communication.
• Own key performance and risk indicators to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Collaborate with MNO and tech partners to address root causes of customer dissatisfaction.

Requirements

• Significant experience applying product thinking to solve operational problems.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operations from scratch for large user bases.
• Strong analytical skills for developing scalable operational strategies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and apply a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working in telecoms, specifically for an MNO or MVNO.
• Experience in banking or another similarly regulated industry.
