Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CPO, including calendar, travel, and confidential communications management.
• Coordinate product roadmap discussions and cross-functional planning between Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Track strategic initiatives and key deliverables to ensure organizational priorities continue moving forward.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled tooling to streamline repetitive tasks, reporting, and communication workflows.
• Prepare executive updates, presentations, and documentation supporting product leadership.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance visibility and execution across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong interest in technology, product development, and leveraging AI tools for productivity.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with collaboration and project management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience supporting executives specifically within Product, Technology, or Engineering domains.
• Exposure to Product Management, Product Operations, Agile environments, or business analysis.
• Personal or professional experience building efficiency systems or experimenting with AI automation.
