Location: Fully remote, but you must be located in Poland

What you will do

• Provide technical support to worldwide customers via phone and email to resolve networking and security issues.
• Log, investigate, and resolve incidents while managing vendor escalations.
• Coordinate hardware replacements and collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus, web filtering, and load balancers.
• Operate within a 24/7 continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts: 2 day, 2 night, 4 off).

Requirements

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and network topologies).
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking concepts or CCNA certification is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco, Check Point, Broadcom/Symantec, F5, NetApp, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
