What you will do

• Support the operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across global locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Assist with LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN services under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, contributing to incident and problem management.
• Support cloud networking activities in Azure and AWS environments.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and inventory information.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of practical experience in network operations or infrastructure support.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with enterprise network technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Juniper.
• English proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow established security standards.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certifications.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code.
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) certification.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
