What you will do

• Spearhead new business acquisition across the energy ecosystem, positioning the company as a trusted partner in DC electrification.
• Develop and execute comprehensive key account plans and manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Uncover high-value opportunities in AI Server Power, Battery and Automotive, and Defense Electrification.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge in DC electrification (BMS, DCDC converters, inverters) to drive customer dialogue.
• Communicate customer-driven insights to inform strategic planning and product portfolio direction.
• Oversee pipeline development, channel strategy, and conversion tracking to ensure predictable business flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or high-value solution sales within energy or technology sectors.
• Strong industry expertise in battery technology, power electronics, automotive, and grid simulation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Physical Science or Engineering) is strongly preferred.
• Must be located in Tokyo, Japan.
