What you will do

• Design and implement highly transactional, scalable, and low-latency server-side game services using modern Java.
• Collaborate with mathematicians to translate complex formulas into performant backend services.
• Build and maintain high-volume distributed simulation frameworks.
• Standardize core calculation logic and business rules into reusable backend components.
• Optimize service performance and ensure high-quality, reliable code through rigorous testing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with expert-level proficiency in modern Java (17/21+).
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing distributed, high-throughput backend services.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or better required for daily collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for code optimization.
• Ability to work autonomously and translate abstract requirements into scalable architectures.

• Background in probability, statistics, or mathematical modeling.
