What you will do

• Work in a 24/7 ROC team on a rotating 12-hour shift basis.
• Monitor infrastructure and payment services, escalating alerts and creating incident reports.
• Coordinate engineers and manage War Rooms during critical incidents.
• Diagnose technical problems using database queries and monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana.
• Analyze logs to identify solutions for recurring issues and reduce alert noise.
• Contribute to internal documentation to improve operational resilience and transparency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in shifts (12-hour day/night) from our office in central Belgrade.
• English language: B1 level or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP) and basic SQL.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana) and ITSM systems (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to handle stressful situations and multiple priorities during emergencies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of IT product deployment processes and API usage.
• Relevant IT certifications.
