What you will do
- Manage monthly Bill Run Support, including usage and CPI rate uploads.
- Perform administration tasks in Zuora, including data migration, configuration, and workflow customization.
- Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into Zuora solutions.
- Create and maintain reports to improve operational visibility and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide day-to-day user support and maintain platform hygiene and data quality.
- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on Zuora or similar billing system administrator.
- Strong knowledge of billing system configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience deploying and supporting system integrations.
- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Availability to work onsite in Belgrade from 8 am to 5 pm local time.
