What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture for digital asset solutions, integrating DLT with traditional market infrastructure.
• Design cross-chain topologies using permissioned and public chains for institutional and DeFi distribution.
• Define on-chain compliance models including security-token standards, KYC, and AML screening.
• Architect custody and key management solutions using MPC technology.
• Lead threat modeling and security architecture for high-value financial systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks like MiFID II and MiCA.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in solution architecture, with at least three years in DLT or blockchain projects.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, EVM, and permissioned chains like Canton or Besu.
• Hands-on understanding of regulated security-token standards and on-chain compliance.
• Proven experience in secure architecture and threat modeling for 24/7 financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of capital-markets settlement processes.
• English proficiency required for stakeholder management and technical documentation.
