What you will do

• Conduct operational audits and advisory services in accordance with professional standards and department policies.
• Deliver risk-based audits with business management and risk and control functions.
• Assess inherent and residual risks and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop value-added recommendations.
• Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders while supporting cross-team audit initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check and qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, analytical methods, and business processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CIA, or CFA.
• Experience developing data-driven insights and practical risk mitigation solutions.
