• Conduct audits and advisory services in accordance with professional standards and internal policies.
• Assess inherent and residual risks to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Deliver risk-based audits in partnership with business management and control functions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to strengthen business value.
• Identify root causes of complex issues and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check for FINRA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of risk management concepts and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CIA, or CFA certification.
